Services Overview
Veil to Vessel Doula Services provides non-medical, educational, emotional, and physical support during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, miscarriage, and infant feeding journeys.

We do not provide medical care, clinical diagnoses, treatment, or medical advice. Any information provided by Veil to Vessel is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for licensed medical care.
No Medical Relationship
Engaging with Veil to Vessel Doula Services does not establish a physician-patient, nurse-patient, or other licensed medical provider relationship.
Clients are encouraged to maintain care with a licensed medical provider (OB/GYN, midwife, primary care provider, etc.) and to consult them regarding all medical decisions.
In emergencies, clients must contact 911 or seek immediate medical care.
Client Responsibilities

Payment, Insurance, Deposits and Refunds
Veil to Vessel Doula Services are generally covered benefits through participating Managed Care Plans (MCPs). Coverage eligibility, visit limits, authorizations, and reimbursement policies are determined solely by the member’s health plan and are subject to change.
Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility and maintaining active coverage throughout the duration of services. If a health plan denies, limits, delays, or retroactively revokes authorization for services, the client may be responsible for the applicable service fees as outlined in their individual agreement.
All service fees, retainers, and payment schedules for private-pay services will be detailed in your client contract. Retainers are non-refundable and secure your place on our calendar. Refund eligibility for remaining balances is governed by your signed agreement. Missed sessions without required notice may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment or unresolved coverage issues.
